Time: 0930 – 1430 hours
Welcome to the team building day, designed and ran by Dynamic Sports Consultancy.
Please take time to read through an exemplar plan of the day. Each of these days will be totally bepsoke to your school and your children needs. I am happy to change the structure and activities to fit your needs, but this at least give you an idea of what a day would look like.
There is also KS1 teams building days as well, which are fantastic.
Session 1 outdoor team games
0930 – 0945: Welcome/safety briefing/outline of the day and introduction to the aims
0945- 1045: Problem solving games –
Rob the nest, Human Knot, Crossing the pond
1045- 1100 – Breaktime
Session 2 outdoor team games
1100- 1130 -Gutter games – Moving the ball across an area whilst only using your guttering and no hands.
1130-1200 – Human noughts and crosses – Tournament 6 teams of 6/7
1200- 1300 – Lunchtime (if your lunchtime is different, the times can be changed of course)
Session 3. Indoor quiet games/ Outdoor games
1300 – 1345: Bridge building/tower out of straws, paper, glue. In team colours.
1345 – 1400: Under over games
1400 – 1430: Tennis ball golf
1430 – 1445: Plenary of the day and goodbyes.
