Dynamic Sports Consultancy can work with your Headteacher/PLT to find the best strategy for observing lessons across the school. This may be done on an individual basis or you may want to observe a number of teachers in one go. We will work alongside your PLT/Observer to look at the key areas that should be looked at when performing an observation. Once this is complete a plan of observations can be drawn up and carried out. Reflection time will then be used to analyse what has been seen and then an action plan drawn up for future observations if required.
